Hello, my name is Elaine. My job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office an amazing one! As a treatment coordinator, I work to educate new and existing patients on their treatment plan. I strive to make your first appointment fun, carefree, and educational. I am available to you every step of the way to put you at ease and give you understanding of what’s to come, both financially and clinically.

I graduated from City University of New York with degree in accounting. I speak Russian, so if you need help communicating in Russian I can help you.

Hello, my name is Sasha. I joined the practice in 2022. I am here to help you to make your appointments, coordinate your insurance benefits and go over your treatment plan. I speak Spanish, so if you need to speak Spanish I can help you.

Hello, my name is Jennifer. I joined the practice in 2020. As a Dental Assistant, I help Dr. Friedman make beautiful smiles! Our patients are really great people and I’ve enjoyed working with them. I am never too busy to stop and take time to explain each procedure as treatments progress so that patients have full understanding of their dental care.

I have been working as a dental assistant for the past 10 years and really enjoy my role. I speak Spanish, so if you need help in communicating in Spanish I can help you.

Hello, my name is Kelly. I joined Dr. Friedman’s team in 2008. I take great pride in developing lasting relationships with my patients. Laughter and excellent care are attributes my patients appreciate. I truly love helping my patients to improve their dental health. When I am not in the office I love to travel and spend time with my grandchildren.

Hello, my name is Donna. I joined 21st Century Dental Care in 2014. I enjoy having the opportunity to get to know our patients and to build a relationship with each and every one, providing the best dental care and treating everyone as if part of my own family.

Hello, my name is Olesia, and I joined the practice in 2022. I enjoy working as a hygienist, educating my patients on how to take care of their teeth as well as the chance to get to know patients and their families on a more personal level. I especially enjoy the chance to see kids and help ensure they have a good dental experience so that they enjoy coming to the dentist, I take pride in taking care of their smiles. When I am not in the office I enjoy playing with my dog and planting my beautiful garden.

Hello, my name is Viola, and I joined the practice in 2022. I love sharing my knowledge of preventative dental hygiene with my patients and find it very rewarding to help them maintain their oral health. My goal for every appointment is to ensure that my patients feel comfortable and at ease. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outside, either playing with my son or tending to my plants.
